Order Tracking

To track your order please enter your Leopard Tracking Number in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.


Shipping Information

We offer FREE ground shipping on all orders of PKR 2500 and over (excluding taxes).
We don’t offer International Shipping for now.
All orders are shipped from the Pakistan and transacted in Pakistan Rupee (PKR).

Pre-order and back-order items

If your order contains pre-order or back-ordered items, we will ship items as soon as they are available. Your order may arrive in multiple packages. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service department at [email protected] or call us at +92-330-4589001.

Order processing + delivery times

We keep a little stock of our popular and running items but due to huge number of different designs normally the product is crafted to order. Once payment for an order is received the order details are added to our crafting list for the next available working day. Once a product has entered the crafting process it is usually completed within 2 to 10 working days. The average turnaround time from ordering to delivery is a week, but please allow a maximum of up to 15 days for complete fulfilment from the date of your payment.

We will make you aware of any customisations you request that may take considerable time to complete. Once a product has been crafted, it will go through a quality control stage and will then be packaged ready for shipping. You will receive an email notifying you of the dispatch and containing the tracking number. All of our products are shipped using a fully traceable carrier and you will be provided with the tracking details.

Tracking orders

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To track an order on, sign in to access My Account that will contain your order information. You can also contact ShopnJoin’s Customer Service to track your order.
